GreenVee operates a mobile application and website that allow customers to subscribe to juice plans, load funds into an inâapp wallet, place orders, and track deliveries fulfilled by our riders and delivery partners.

This policy applies when you use our app, website, support channels, social media, or participate as a rider/delivery partner.
2. Data we collect
2.1 You provide to us
- Account & Profile: name, email, phone number, password, delivery addresses, profile photo, dietary preferences (optional).
- Subscriptions: selected plan, frequency, preferences, pause/resume details.
- Wallet & Payments: topâups, redemptions, partial card digits, UPI ID, transaction IDs (processed by payment gateways; we donât store full card data).
- Orders & Support: order notes, feedback, ratings, chat/voice with support or riders, complaint details.
- KYC (where required): governmentâissued ID details and proof of address for high wallet limits or rider onboarding.
2.2 Collected automatically
- Device & App: device identifiers, OS and app version, language, crash logs, performance and diagnostics.
- Usage: screens viewed, features used, referral/marketing attribution.
- Approximate & precise location: with permission, to suggest nearby stores, show delivery ETAs, and enable live tracking.
- Cookies & similar: web cookies, local storage, SDKs for analytics, personalization, and fraud prevention.
2.3 From third parties
- Payments: confirmations from payment gateways, banks/UPI PSPs, and our wallet issuer.
- Logistics: courier/delivery status and proof of delivery (POD) from partners.
- Verification & Risk: identity verification providers, antiâfraud services, and background check vendors (for riders).
3. How we use data
- Provide and improve ordering, delivery, subscription, and wallet features.
- Process payments, topâups, refunds, and resolve chargebacks.
- Show realâtime delivery status and safety notifications.
- Personalize plans, recommendations, and promotions.
- Communicate about orders, service updates, and policy changes (email, SMS, push notifications, inâapp).
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- Comply with law, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- For riders: routing, attendance, earnings, incentives, safety, and support.

7. Subscriptions & Wallet
Payments: Card details are handled by PCIâDSS compliant processors. We store only limited tokens/identifiers (not full card numbers or CVV). UPI transactions are processed via your PSP/bank.
- Subscriptions: We keep your plan details, delivery schedule, and transaction history to manage billing, pauses, and renewals.
- Wallet: We record topâups, spends, promotional credits, refunds, and limits; KYC may be required for higher limits per local law.
- Autoâbilling: Where enabled, we store payment tokens from your provider to process recurring charges. You can cancel anytime in the app.
8. Ordering, Delivery & Location
- Location permissions: When granted, we collect location to show nearby options and track delivery. During active delivery, riders may see your approximate location for accurate dropâoff.
- Communications: We enable masked calling or inâapp chat between you and the rider/support for delivery coordination and safety.
- Proof of delivery: We may collect delivery photos, OTPs, signature, or timeâstamps.
9. Riders & Delivery Partners
This section applies if you deliver with GreenVee.
- Onboarding data: identity documents, contact details, vehicle info, bank details for payouts, background checks where permitted by law.
- Operational data: shift/availability, acceptance/cancellation rates, completion rates, earnings, incentives, ratings, support interactions.
- Location: precise location while you are online or on an active order, for routing, safety, and support. Location collection can be required to use the rider app.
- Safety: incident reports, device telemetry (e.g., crash logs), and communications related to deliveries.
10. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category (e.g., payments and tax records are typically kept longer).
11. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, or delete your information via inâapp settings or by contacting us.
- Portability: request a copy of key account data in a commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or precise location at any time (does not affect prior processing). Disable via device settings or inâapp toggles.
- Object to or restrict certain processing based on legitimate interests.
- Optâout of marketing communications by using unsubscribe links or notification settings.

12. Childrenâs privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to remove it.
